Assisted Health & Mobility are a bathroom installation company specialising in adapted living for the elderly or disabled. They have long since been established in the mobility market and chose to expand into the bathroom fitting market in 2000 due to the increased demand in this area that they received from their customers.

Their expertise lies in their knowledge of the mobility market and identifying how living circumstances can be adapted to meet people’s specific needs.

The Challenge

They may understand their market well, but one of their biggest challenges is understanding the ways in which people search for their type of business and who is searching for it.

As the days of people solely searching through directories have diminished, they recognise the importance of online advertising alongside social media profiles to drive website traffic and Google searches to help raise awareness of their business and their expertise.

Assisted Health & Mobility have historically advertised with us here at JPIMedia however they wanted help to try and explore more digital opportunities that would work alongside their print advertising. They explained the moving market they were in with the team and identified that family members are more likely to search online. It was with this thought in mind that the team created an online advertising campaign to reach and engage new and different audiences.

The Result

The client was extremely happy with the results of the campaign and saw some great engagement with new enquiries off the back of it.
